PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power factor, prevent losses from generating in an electrical machine, apparatus or the like in a circuit due to impulse current flowing, becoming overcorrect of approx. 17 to 18 times at the time of power rising, and prevent generation of noise or losses in a weak electronic circuit due to abnormal voltage caused by existing trigger voltage in the circuit, by using a phase capacitor for electric power. ;SOLUTION: If a phase capacitor is et in a serial-connected type branch circuit based on the plus side of lead-in wiring, circuit capacitance setting corresponding to load can be formed. By forming an input transformer circuit, voltage variation rate of 10% can be achieved easily, thus it is possible to form total circuit power as a branch circuit with respect to maximum instantaneous voltage of trigger abnormal voltage. For impulse current, by forming a phase capacitor branch circuit, and forming an earth grounding circuit through a commutator, it is possible to rectify abnormal voltage or trigger from coefficient of voltage variation from the plus side of lead-in wiring so as to be formed into minus electricity, thus making the electricity flow through a ground all the time through a capacitor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
