PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the adjuster which is easily installed with simple constitution by providing a water supply measure main body arranged on the base surface of a planting surface in a rice field and an inner cylinder which is arranged inside the lower end part of the water supply measure mainbody and whose upper end part is positioned in a part upper than the upper end surface of the water supply measure mainbody. ;SOLUTION: This water level adjuster 10 arranged on the base surface 31 of the rice field 30 is, for example, provided with the cylindrical water supply measure mainbody 11 and a water introducing tube part 11a connecting one end of a water passage tube 20 is provided in the middle of the water supply measure main body 11. A cylindrical connecting tube 13 is fitted to the connection part 11b of the lower end part in the water supply measure mainbody 11 and the upper end surface of the connecting tube 13 is hit to a seal member 14. A tube joint 15 connecting one end of the water passage tube 20 is connected to the lower end part of the connecting tube 13.
