The device has a block (1) which is provided with a float (2) that is placed inside the block for being in water. A quick coupler (9) connects the block with a running water supply network. Water flow in the block, is stopped by the float, when the water level reaches an overflow level. Water flow towards a tank (11) is stopped, when the necessary water level is reached. Water starts flowing, when the tank water level is lowered.
