PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide integrated multi-processor structure capable of simplifying the synchronization of a multi-processor. ;SOLUTION: The multi-processor is constituted of a general processor and a vector processor 120 having a single-instruction plural-data format. All multiparallel processors in the vector processor 120 are allowed to simultaneously process instructions. The general processor 110 controls the vector processor 120 and forms a poke in a program flow by driving the processor 120. The two processors 110, 120 respectively execute programs mutually separated in parallel until the control processor 110 stops the processor 120, an exceptional event is generated or the processor 120 is turned to a rest state after executing the program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
