URGING SPRING MEMBER FOR TRIGGER TYPE LIQUID JET INSTRUMENT TRIGGER TYPE LIQUID JET INSTRUMENT EMPLOYING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a waste re-usable as a resource by forming a spring member as to have a U-shaped transverse cross-section, projecting bent spring plates, which are seen in a V-shape when observed from the sides, from both front ends of an elastic semi-cylindrical holding plate opened in the front part forward in parallel to each other, and forming the whole body by unitedly molding a synthetic resin with high elasticity. ;SOLUTION: A spring member 81 for urging a trigger of a trigger type liquid jet instrument is so formed as to have a U-shaped transverse cross-section by projecting bent spring plates 83, which are seen in V-shape when observed from the sides, from both front ends of an elastic semi-cylindrical holding plate 82 opened in the front part in parallel to each other and forming the whole body by unitedly molding a synthetic resin with high elasticity. Joining projected parts 84 to be joined to the outer faces in both right and left side parts of the front half part of a vertical cylinder are formed in the inner faces of both front parts of the semi-cylindrical holding plate 82. Then, the spring member 81 formed in such a manner is so pushed as to press the open parts of the semi-cylindrical holding plate to the rear face of the vertical cylindrical fitting part and fitted by further pushing as it is to give a spring member which can urge a trigger and a plunger forward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
