PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely hold a film and draw it in a favorbale condition. ;SOLUTION: In a film-drawing body 11 provided with a plurality of movable holding parts 44 integrally moving to hold a film, when the respective movable holding parts 44 close against fixed holding parts 37, a plate spring 46 is pressed to the fixed holding part 37, and holding edges 10a of the film 10 are held between these holding positions 46b, 37a. In this case, the plate spring 46 is warped and deformed in a pressed condition against the fixed holding parts 37. And the compressive contact force F of the plate spring 46 against the fixed holding parts 37 is decided in accordance with the deflection δ. When the holding position 46b of the plate spring 46 is adjusted by adjusting bolts 48, the deflection δ is varied and the compressive contact force F can be varied. And hence, if there is a holding defect in the movable holding parts 44, the adjusting bolts 48 are adjusted to widen the distance L between the contact position 48a of the adjusting bolt 48 and the support base board 45 and enlarge the deflection δ and the compressive contact force F of the plate spring 46.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
