A burner support/rocking mechanism 23 supports the burner 121 and undertakes eccentric rocking thereon. These are mounted on a frame 4. The burner support/rocking mechanism 23 is arranged with a link mechanism 26 to support the oxygen cleaning burner 121 and an oscillation mechanism 127 to eccentrically rock. The oxygen cleaning burner 121 is rockably supported by the link mechanism 26 in up/down and left/right by regarding a virtual point 128 (target point) as an apex.
