PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel expenditure reporting device for outputting alarm so as to permit the attendants of conference to be conscious of the upper limit of personnel expenditure. SOLUTION: The device 1 is provided with tenkeys 10 for inputting the number of the conference attendants and the average minuite pay of the attendants, etc. A time and period display part 20, a money amount display part 21, an average minuite pary display part 22 and a person number display part 23 are provided. A printing device 24 for executing printing on recording sheets of paper 25 is also provided. A speaker 26 is provided as an alarm means. The device 1 is controlled by CPU having various kinds of memories and a timer. The number of the conference attendants, the average minuite pay of the attendants and target personnel expenditure are inputted. Spent personnel expenditure is displayed in a display part at every prescribed time after starting and the speaker 26 issues alarm when a residual amount approaches a prescribed value. The attention of the conference attendants are called and they are permitted to be conscious of the upper limit of permitted personnel expenditure.
