PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems on Pachinko balls as bad smell, treatment of cleansing liquid, disposal of waste fluid and to improve effect on cleansing Pachinko balls by coating a Pachinko ball with titanium oxide photocatalyst. ;SOLUTION: Pachinko balls coated with titanium oxide photocatalyst which are stored in an upper saving tank are supplied to each Pachinko (Japanese pinball game) machine through a ball distribution pipe. In each Pachinko machine, out balls are run downward through a ball discharge pipe 4 and are irradiated with ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet irradiating device 30 for sterilization at the time. Next, the balls are thrown into a water tank 6 of a cleansing/abrasion device 5, and rectified by a rectifier plate 6d. After that, the balls are irradiated with ultrasonic waves from an ultrasonic wave generator 7 while being carried on a conveyor 8 in water 6b in the water tank 6 for a prescribed period, and dirt such as grease on the surface of the balls is removed. Further, the balls are cleansed by passing above an air inhaler 9 and an ozone generator 10, and are returned on the conveyor from a lower saving tank 11 to the upper saving tank.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
