PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to realize excellent working safety and the reduction of an execution cost. ;SOLUTION: Under the state that compressed air is supplied in a tubular repairing sleeve, which is introduced in a pipe line 13 and contains a curing resin under an uncured state containing a photo-setting agent, so as to urge the repairing sleeve against the inner surface 13a of the pipe line, the repairing sleeve is photo-set by being applied with ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet applying device 31 travelling in the repairing sleeve. Further, by travelling a cooling part 36 for spraying cooling water in accompany with the ultraviolet applying device 31, the repairing sleeve is cooled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
