REMOTE COMMAND SYSTEM OF MATERIAL TESTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carryout the failure diagnosis from a remote place by transmitting the diagnosis signal from a command device to a control device of a testing machine in a remote place, and performing the diagnosis of various circuits of the control device based thereon. ;SOLUTION: A command is given to a controller 12 from a command device 30 through a network 40 in a condition where a material testing machine body is stopped, and the load cell dummy signal is outputted from CPU 12e to a diagnosis bus 12f. An amplifier 12a amplifies the applied dummy signal and outputs it to the CPU 12e. The CPU 12e compares this signal with the voltage value of the outputted dummy signal to judge whether the amplifier 12a is normal or failed. Similarly, a servo amplifier 12d and an A/D converter 12b also diagnose the failure. A pulse counter 12c compares the pulse number, and similarly diagnoses the failure. Various programs in a hard disk 12k of the controller 12 can be re-written from a device 30, and the workability is remarkably improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
