MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF SASH FRAME TO PC BOARD, AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF WINDOWPANE TO THIS SASH FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a sash frame to a PC board with high watertightness by nipping a base plate by the exterior wall gasket of an outside frame and the pressure contact plate part of an inside frame which are made adjacent to each other by use of a wedge. ;SOLUTION: An outside frame F1 and an inside frame F2 are arranged on the outside and inside of a base plate V, respectively, and the pressure contact plate part 11 of the inside frame F2 is brought into contact with the inside of the base plate V, a wedge 12 is inserted between the tapered fitting projection 4 of the outside frame F1 and the base plate V, and a gathering small screw 14 is screwed to a screw hole to fit them. When the gathering small screw 14 is rotated, the inside frame F2 is minutely moved in the wall thickness direction, and the base plate V is nipped between the exterior wall gasket Go of the outside frame F1 and the pressure contact plate part 11 of the inside frame F2 by the wedge effect of the wedge 12. The outside and inside frames F1, F2 can be easily mounted on the base plate V integrally mounted on a PC board with high watertightness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
