PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a sash frame, and to enhance workability by ensuring the watertightness of the sash frame in the upper section of an opening section, installing the sash frame regardless of the form and thickness of an external facing material, and carryinging out the post-attachment of the sash frame after the execution of an exterior wall. ;SOLUTION: Stepped sections 4, 6 directed towards the outdoor side A are formed to the four circumferences of the opening section 3 of the exterior wall 1. The surfaces 4a, 6a of the stepped sections 4, 6 are placed on the indoor side B more inside than the outdoor-side surface 10a of a frame material 10 mounted on the four circumferences of the opening section 3. The projecting pieces 7, 9 of the sash frame 11 are disposed on the surface 4a, 6a sides of the stepped sections 4, 6. The outdoor side of the opening section 3 of the exterior wall 1 is formed in a fitting section 12 for fitting the sash frame 11. Each projecting piece 9 on both sides and lower side of the sash fame 11 are abutted at each stepped section 6 on both sides and lower side of at least the opening section 3 directly or indirectly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
