SHRINE-ARCHWAY TYPE FRAMEWORK TRANSFER DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stack frameworks with unmanned operation by providing a pawl with a photoelectric sensor to grip one vertical pipe and a pawl to catch the other vertical pipe from inside on a running carriage to be reversely operable vertically. ;SOLUTION: Upper and lower arm units on which 180°-swing chuck bodies 5 are mounted are provided on a horizontal running carriage to form a loader. The chuck body 5 grips one vertical pipe for a framework with a fixed-side pawl 2 and a movable-side pawl 1 and catches the other vertical pipe with a catch-side pawl 3. A photoelectric sensor projector to detect the level of the framework already stacked and a light receiver are provided for the movable-side pawl 1 and the fixed-side pawl 2, respectively. The chuck grips, lifts and swings 180°, if required, the frameworks moved from a framework cleaning device via a roller conveyor and then horizontally moves onto a chain conveyor, lowers and alternately stacks the frameworks.
