PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine, normal, pressure difference caused by a re-liquefaction phenomenon after detection of the re-liquefaction by determining that gas is liquified again when temp. of a regulator decreases to a specified temp. ;SOLUTION: A pressure monitoring control circuit 6 monitors and detects abnormality according to pressure change detected by a pressure sensor 5 which is positioned downstream of a regulator 2 and detects pressure of gas. When re-liquefaction of gas is determined by a re-liquefaction phenomenon determination control circuit 4, a re-liquefaction determination control circuit 7 determines that the pressure change caused by the re-liquefaction is normal. Even if variation in pressure of gas and a slight increase in pressure of closure caused by a re-liquefaction phenomenon, therefore, detection of abnormality by a pressure monitoring control circuit is prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
