CONSTITUTION: The plane shape of a frame body 3 is formed in a shape that L-shaped sections 31 and straight members 32 constituting the frame body 3 are combined so as to reach a shape coinciding with an execution shape. A ditch is dug to the ground 1, a base 2 is formed so as to be made approximately level by rubble, etc., the frame body 3 is placed on the base 2, a space in the frame body 3 is filled with water 7 while bolts 4 are welded at proper places, and the frame body 3 is connected to a sill 5 for a house, etc., through the bolts 4. Accordingly, the frame body 3 is transported under the state of the components of the frame body 3, which is not filled with water, has comparatively light weight and molded in a factory, etc., on an execution field, and the components are assembled in the shape of the frame body 3 coinciding with the execution shape, thus facilitating the execution of works.
