PURPOSE:To attain the efficient operation of resources by releasing the occupying condition of an unused resources on a condition that the occupancy function key of an operating part is depressed when at least one of the resources in the occupying conditions is not used. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not entire resources in the occupying conditions are not used for more than a prescribed time is judged. Then, whether or not one of occupancy function keys 2, for example, Rf1 is depressed is judged. When the Rf1 of the occupancy function keys 2 is depressed, the occupying condition of the resources A-H which is not used and under the occupying condition is released. And also, the release of the occupying condition can be attained by any Rf2-Rf4 of the occupancy function keys 2 of a first control part 10 and by any occupancy function key 2 of a second control part 11. Thus, E and F in the resources E-G whose occupying conditions are released can be used so as to be occupied.
