PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce an installation location of a staircase on a main room having a movable floor and widen the space of the main room. ;SOLUTION: In the case when a movable floor is laid out at a rising position, a fixed base floor 16 if a main room forms a living space. A staircase 71 is laid out between the fixed base floor 16 and a fixed floor 19 of an attached room 6 so that the staircase may be used for the traffic between both rooms. A caster with a stopper is mounted on the bottom of a staircase main body 72 in this staircase 71 so that it may be movable in structure. Owing to this construction, the staircase 71 may be used for the other staircase, for example, fir a traffic space between the fixed base floor and a veranda which is higher than the fixed base floor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
