PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of an explosive fracture by drilling many small holes through a form, and burying a gas permeable needles in the surface section of a concrete member via the small holes. ;CONSTITUTION: Concrete 7 is placed in a form 2 having many small holes 3, and while the concrete 7 is soft, gas permeable needles 1 are inserted in the concrete 7 through the small holes 3. Also, while the concrete 7 is still soft, needles 4 are forced into the concrete 7 through the holes 3 of the form 2 and, then, pulled out shortly before becoming unable to be pulled out as a result of the development of a hardening process.
