A method for producing tissue paper by applying chemical papermaking ingredients to a dry tissue web, first preparing a dry tissue web, then diluting the chemical papermaking additive with a suitable solvent to form a diluted chemical solution, further applying the diluted chemical solution to a heated transport surface, below evaporating at least a portion of the solvent from the heated transfer surface to at least one outer surface of the tissue paper web by touching the outer surface of the belt with the heated transfer surface, transferring sufficient chemical papermaking additives so as to contain 0.004% to 2% of the tissue paper web; 0% of chemical papermaking additives based on the dry fiber weight of the tissue paper web.ŕ
