摘要
The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a magnetic component made of an iron-based soft magnetic alloy having a nanocrystalline structure, the chemical composition of which is, in at. percent, Fe.=.60 percent, 0.1.=.Cu.=. 3 percent, 0 percent .=. B.=.25 percent, 0 percent .=.Si.=.30 percent, and it further contains at least one element being selected from a group consisting of niobium, tungsten, tantalum, zirconium, hafnium, titanium and molybdenum with contents of between 0.1 percent and 30 percent, the balance being impurities resulting from the smelting, whereby the composition furthermore satisfying the relationship 5 percent.=.Si + B.=.30 percent. The process is characterized in that an amorphous ribbon is manufactured from the magnetic alloy, a blank for a magnetic component is then manufactured from the ribbon and the magnetic component is subjected to a crystallization heat treatment comprising at least one annealing step at a temperature of between 500 degC and 600 degC for a temperature hold time of between 0.1 and 10 hours so as to cause nanocrystals to form; before the crystallization heat treatment, a relaxation heat treatment is carried out at a temperature below the temperature for the onset of recrystallization of the amorphous alloy.
