摘要

The present invention refers to the improvements effected in an automatic machine for forming nixtamalized corn dough circles wherein the elements that are integrated that when pressing the corn mass which can be fine, refined or broken the product which is obtained remains with one similar texture to that that would have been given if it would have been made by hand provoking that when heating it at the time of consumption is spongy, and has the same flavor and smell of the handmade tortilla. The object of this invention is to provide to the consumer a machine made tortilla of high quality to the existing one, due to the improvements effected to the machines that exist on the market, increasing time conservation and consumption of the same and due to the absence of friction between the parts of the machine and the product the need to add chemical preservatives is reduced avoiding the existence of fungus that are harmful for the health in the product due to fact that it avoids that the temperature of the corn mass increased by the heat derived from the friction of the parts that integrate the machine, to the non existence of formation in the corn mass, different to the tortillas that are made in the existing machines.
