The present invention is related to an automatic machine to form, precook and/or cook whole-wheat flour dough round slices or circles; the wheat is grinded with its husk. The machine includes a feeding automatic carousel of testals which are deposited in a zone where they are extended, remaining circular-shaped and precooked. The machine also includes a cooking system; and it is provided with a swing having in its terminal parts a damp pad which presses the dough circles when they are in the hot metallic round piece, in order to generate vapor in its interior. The machine also includes a metallic upper round piece having in its lower part four metallic supports, supporting the pressure at the moment of extending the testals, the feeding carousel has in its lower part an electrical resistance so that the carousel trays heat and the testals do not stuck; the carousel trays carry a Teflon covering so the testals loosen at the moment the carousel deposit them at the extending zone, the au tomatic feeding systems, vapor dispenser, extending zone, are complemented with a transporter for cooling the final product when the latter has already been cooked.
