A vector autonomously replicable in cell of coryneform bacteria, coryneform bacteria transformed by this vector are described. A method for producing L-lysine by cultivating microorganisms, which are obtained by modification of coryneform bacteria used for fermentative production of amino acids by means of technique based on genetic engineering.
