The shaft connects to a slide track (6) feeding vegetables in the one layer for exposure to customers. A suction fan (4) sucks air from the area of the slide track (6), so that loose parts and particles accompanying the vegetables are sucked by the air current into the fitting. A component is arranged in connection with the part (8) of the slide track directed towards the customers and regulates the opening, through which air is sucked in by the suction fan. A collector (5) is arranged in the air flow between the slide track and the suction fan (4) for collecting the rubbish drawn in by the fan. The fitting comprises a number of storage containers (3) in transparent material and the slide track (6) has openings providing passage to the air flow.
