Pharmaceutical compsn. for cardiovascular or renal diseases, comprises delapril (N-N-(S)-1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl-L-alanyl-N-(indan-2-yl)glyc ine) or one of its salts, manidipine (1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(m-nitrophenyl)-3,5-pyridine-dicarboxylate of 2-4-(diphenylmethyl)-1-piperazinyl-ethyl or methyl) or one its salts and an adjuvant or diluent.
