Disclosed is a composition of matter whichprovides heat and color stability to polyvinylchloride resins, especially of the flexible type, saidcomposition consists essentially of (A) about 10 toabout 40 parts by weight of a zinc carboxylate; (B)about 50 to about 80 parts by weight of an alkyl esterof thiodipropionic acid; and (C) about 5 to about 20parts by weight of a phenolic antioxidant. A PVCresin containing the above composition of matter isalso disclosed.
