The present invention relates to anticancer therapy of solid non-lymphoid tumors and/or their metastases. The therapy employs a therapeutically effective amount of IL-2 or IL-1, and/or a therapeutically effective amount of a toxin, a radionuclide, or a chemotherapeutic agent, linked to a targeting agent having binding specificity for e.g. the tumor specific TCR beta idiotype or a molecule expressed in higher concentrations by type 1 endothelial cells in the prometastatic territories of a target organ.
