The invention concerns a method for the accurate positioning of at least a first and a second monocrystal object relatively to each other for obtaining their accurate alignment along at least a predetermined crystallographic direction. The method consists in orienting each monocrystal object by a method of X-ray diffraction on a family of crystallographic planes in order to comply with Bragg law, and locating this orientation for enabling said alignment of monocrystal objects. The invention also concerns a device for implementing this method.
