The panel (1) is connected to a support by a parallelogram structure with a series of arms (6-9) in two sections (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) which can be set at an oblique angle to one another, with the section (7a) of the lower arm connected to the panel and the section (6b) of the upper one connected to the support lying parallel to one another when the panel is in its raised position. The parallelogram structure is also equipped with flexible lines (30, 31) which control the maximum distance between different components of the mechanism and the support, while a detachable lever (20) allows the position of the panel to be adjusted.
