The method of processing food waste from the kitchen proceeds in the steps of i) filtering food wastes, ii) heating and decomposing the wastes for 1-2 hrs. under the temp. of 50-275 deg. C and 0.2-59 atm. pressure, iii) cooling it down, iv) and separating it into solidity material and residual fluid. The residual fluid is treated by the solvent of carbon tetrachloride or dichloro methane so as to extract oil. The solidity material may be used as fuel.
