The present invention relates to an interrupt handler for handling interrupts between a system to be connected to a pendent bus and a host system and which is capable of transmitting various interrupt resources in a system connected to a pendant bus through one interrupt line of the bus A multiple interrupt controller of intelligent prioritization scheme and a control method thereof for enabling an interrupt to be transferred to a host system are disclosed.
