SIMPLE TEST STRIPS FOR THE DETECTION OF LEUKOCYTE IN URINE AND THEIR PREPARATION METHOD

The present invention relates to a simple test paper for measuring white blood cells in human urine and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to produce hydrogen peroxide by reacting glucose and glucose oxidase on cellulose absorbent paper to produce hydrogen peroxide. As a color source sensitive to peroxidase of cells, it was prepared by treating tetramethylbenzidine (3,3 ', 5,5'-tetramethy lbenzidine), and it is a simple test paper that can easily and accurately measure the number of white blood cells discharged into human urine. It relates to a manufacturing method thereof.
