FIELD: macaroni production equipment. SUBSTANCE: vertical dough mixing machine has two vertical hoppers communicated one with another through gate. Receiving hopper has shaft with blades and working hopper has auger and mixer arranged above auger. Three shafts are kinematically connected with common drive. Auger is partially arranged within outlet branch pipe provided with longitudinal recirculation corrugations and covered with sectional spinneret. Ready product cutting mechanism is mounted downstream of spinneret. Replaceable forming grid of spinneret is mounted within stop grid, which is pressed to branch pipe by captive nut.
