METHOD FOR EVALUATING GRAVITY OF CONDITION OF PATIENTS AFFECTED WITH HEMORRHAGIC FEVER COMPLICATED WITH NEPHRITE SYNDROME

SUBSTANCE: 10-20 ml of urea are placed into light-protected cell of chemiluminescence registration instrument. 1 ml of iron sulfide solution in concentration of 25-50 mM is added at constant mixing into cell. Chemiluminescence is carried out for 5 min. If glow light sum total during oligoanuretic period is equal to 8.54 $$$ 1.5 units and during polyuretic period is 5.44 $$$ 0.9 units, and that during restorative diuretic period is 13.8$$$ 1.0 units, patient's condition is considered to be grave. If glow light sum total during oligoanuretic period is 11.9 $$$ 1.37 units, that during polyuretic period is 9.42 $$$ 1.14 units, and that during restorative diuretic period is 15.16 $$$ 1.4 units, patient's condition is regarded as medium-grave, and if glow light sum total during oligoanuretic period is 21.8 $$$ 3.8 units, that during polyuretic period is 17.7 $$$ 2.94 units, and that during restorative diuretic period is 25.14 $$$ 3.8 units, patient's condition is judged to be light. EFFECT: higher accuracy and rapidity in evaluating extent of gravity of hemorrhagic fever cases complicated with nephrite syndrome.
