FIELD: rolled tube production, namely sleeve broaching and tube expanding with use of short mandrel. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes jointly mounted in frame: power cylinder and rotary lever with supporting sites and rotation limiters. Pressure arm with rotation limiters is jointly mounted on said rotary lever and it is connected by means of articulation joint with rod of said power cylinder. Plane passing through axes of joint assemblies of said cylinder and its rod crosses plane arranged between axes of joint assemblies of said rotary lever and pressure arm. Apparatus also includes limiter of axial motion of mandrel and mechanism for centering mandrel relative to working surfaces of levers. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation due to improved conditions of mandrel charging. 2 cl, 9 dwg
