The method involves an initial step using activated fat soluble vitamins i.e. A,D,E,K and a second step using water soluble vitamins i.e. B1,B2,B6,B12,H with vitamin C in the third step. The vitamins are used in a ratio of 1:1:3 by weight homogenised and mixed with a carrier material. The vitamin C and vitamin H can be used in a ratio of 20:0.1-1. The activator can be Ca-,Mg-,Co-,Cu-,Zn- or Cl-ions.
