Agent for preventing damage caused by wild animal grazing

Agent, for preventing biting damage (e.g. to young shoots) by wild animals, comprises: (a) biodegradable polymers, optionally mixed with biodegradable additives; and (b) human hairs. Preferably the polymers are polyurethanes which contain urea groups. The agent contains starch as an additive.
