Printed roller blind unit with informative, utilitarian and decorative applications

This new unit (1) rolls up a flexible sheet (2, 3) especially printed- paper, plastic or fabric, onto a cylinder. It has end holders (6) with bearings allowing the cylinder to rotate. A spring intervenes between a holder and the cylinder to roll up the sheet. In this novel design, there is a mechanism permitting unrolling, but preventing re-rolling until a release is actuated.
