Structural concrete with structure consisting of cement, sand, ash and additives mixed with water, excluding very large sand granules. The quantity of ash corresponds to total composition of lime produced by hydration of cement by amorphous silica in the ash; and concrete has supplementary volume of ash and/or air corresponding to 10-30% "empty" volume of sand.
