PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a document to be submitted to a document from the Patent Office by using plural computers connected with a communication network. ;SOLUTION: In an intermediate processing management system with which client computers 200 and 400 are connected via the communication network, the client computer 200 is provided with a dispatched document receiving means 201 to electronically receive a dispatched document to be transmitted from the Patent Office, a registering means 202 to register the dispatched document electrically received by the receiving means in a storage device 310 and a reply submitting means 208 to output a reply document to the dispatched document to be registered in the storage device 310 by a replier and to transmit the document to be submitted which is prepared by a person in charge of a reply processing to the Patent Office based on the reply document and a reply document preparing means 402 to output the dispatched document registered in the storage device 310 based on an indication from the replier and to register the reply document to be prepared based on the dispatched document by the replier in the storage device 310 is included in the client computer 400.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
