PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct positive forcible movement in a cam link in particular by connecting a rotation coupling with an energy accumulation means, and holding the energy accumulation means on the rotation coupling arranged on a frame fixation. SOLUTION: The rotation coupling 1 is disposed on a frame fixation in a sheet paper guiding cylinder in a transmission technical manner. The rotation coupling 1 has a cam rocker arm 2 at its end part side. The cam rocker arm 2 supports a roller 3 being in functional connection with a cam 4 secured at its nonrestraint end part. The cam rocker arm 2 is provided with a rotation coupling 6 disposed to be joined with a connection tool 7. Furthermore, the connection tool 7 is connected to a rotation coupling 8 set on another rocker arm 13. Accordingly, the connection tool 7 is a two-section link including rotation couplings 6, 8 in electrical relation. The rocker arm 13 is disposed on a sheet paper guiding cylinder at the rotational coupling 10 of the frame fixture, and includes another rotation coupling 9 between the rotation couplings 8, 10.
