PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make long-distance investigation work of obsolete places and damaged places inside a sewer pipe possible by eliminating agglomerate muck in the pipe by a mud discharge plate after passing a cord inside piping, then interlocking an injector and a cleaner with a brush to clean the inside of the pipe, and photographing the cleaned result in the pipe with a telecamera fitted to a truck. ;SOLUTION: After sewage water in a sewer pipe is sucked up using a vacuum car, a cord 3 is passed inside the sewer pipe 1 by a tractor, and a winch 8 is operated to draw a mud discharge plate by the cord 3 to eliminate agglomerate muck 11 in the sewer pipe 1. An injector and a cleaner with a brush are interlocked and rotated at high speed, and the winch 8 is operated to pull the tractor by the cord 3 to clean the inside of the sewer pipe 1. After cleaning, the cleaned result is photographed by a telecamera fitted to a truck while pulling the truck with the cord 3 by the operation of the winch 8. Long-distance investigation work of obsolete places and damaged places inside the sewer pipe 1 can therefore be performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
