PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear-resistant hard film, and an article applied the film. ;SOLUTION: A wear-resistant hard film is composed of a high-hardness film 2 and a solid lubricating film 3 thereon. The high-hardness film 2 is a single layer or a laminated compound film composed of two or more types, which is composed of one or more elements selected from metallic elements of IVa, Va, and VIa groups in the periodic table, and Al, Si, B, and C, and one or more elements selected from B, C, N, and O. The solid lubricating film 3 is a single layer or a laminated compound film of two or more types, which is composed of one or more elements selected from a metallic chrome, or Cr, and B, C, N, and O.
