PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the process for enhancing the joining strength of the joining part of resistance welding between titanium alloy parts. SOLUTION: In the process for enhancing the joining strength of the intermetallic joining between titanium alloy parts, a first step performing the resistance welding of two titanium alloy parts and a second step in which the heat treatment of the titanium alloy parts after the resistance welding is performed for a period from 15 minutes to 4 hours at a temperature in a range from 1,675 deg.F to 1,825 deg.F in a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere. This process is useful in providing especially the effective joining among face plates 10, 12 and honeycomb core member 14.
