PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the processing time by simplifying the trespass forecast processing to a dangerous area of a moving body (an air plane or a vehicle) without sacrificing the forecasting ability. ;SOLUTION: This trespass forecasting device is provided with a trespass inhibition area circumscribed circle calculation part 1 which calculates a circle circumscribed to each dangerous area, a movement range calculation part 3 which calculates the movement range for a certain time of the moving body, a movement range circumscribed circle calculation part 4 which calculates a circle circumscribed to this movement range, an area selection processing part 5 which selects the dangerous area whose circumscribed circle crosses the circumscribed circle of the movement range out of dangerous areas, and an area overlap discrimination processing part 6 which discriminates whether the selected dangerous area and the movement range overlap or not.
