PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain concrete having excellent quick-setting disposition by including a quick setting material with aluminosilicate calcium glass and aluminum sulfate as active ingredients and cement containing a specific amount or greater of SO3 component. ;SOLUTION: The subject spraying material, 100 pts.wt. in total, comprises 3-15 pts.wt. of a quick-setting material comprising 100 pts.wt. of aluminosilicate calcium glass and 10-30 pts.wt. of aluminum sulfate calculated as anhydride having a Blaine value of 3,000-9,000 cm2/g, respectively, as two active ingredients, and also ≤0.75 wt.% of an alkali metal component calculated as Na2O, and cement containing ≥3 wt.% of SO3 component such as Portland cement; besides, if needed, the above spraying material may be incorporated with 100-300 pts.wt., based on 100 wt.% of the cement, of aggregate such as silica sand; wherein, the aluminosilicate calcium glass is a kind of glass containing 40-50 wt.% of CaO, 40-50 wt.% of Al2O3, and 10-20 wt.% of SiO2, which is produced by quenching and vitrifying a melt formed at a temperature of as high as 1,200-1,700°C by mixing a calcia stock with an alumina stock and silica stock.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
