PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable all water operations to be assuredly performed without any hesitation completely inhibiting cold water into inside even in a case that a wrist enters into water in spite of an arm protector cover, and completely shutting cold water attained on the surface of the waterproof cover main body in the water operation in spite of any action of the arm while preventing wetting or a damage of the clothing by readily wearing the cover from over the clothing without turning up the clothing on the arm in performing a water operation by using the objective waterproof arm protector cover having cold water stopper. ;SOLUTION: This waterproof arm protector cover having cold water stopper is composed of rubber, a vinyl or a waterproof wholly one piece cloth and a wrist part has a structure completely shutting inward cold water by a double structures contrivance of a rather broad rubber band 2 and a water stopping cover 3 fitted inside. Another water stopping cover 6 is fitted at the upper arm part of the waterproof cover main body 1 and the cold water stagnated on the surface of the waterproof cover 1 of the main body is completely shut and a detachment is also readily performed to protect the clothing from the cold water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
