PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an affected part waterproof cover which can be attached to an arm easily with one hand by the user himself/herself without a helper, does not require the force at the time of attachment, can avoid contact with a protrusion object, fit in with the thickness of an attached portion with adjustment, achieve stable and secure sealing over the entire seal, achieve secure watertight sealing even there is unevenness such as wrinkles and body hair on the skin, and protect the attached infusion needle or the like from the external force.;SOLUTION: A waterproof cover is the cylindrical, has the waterproofness and flexibility, and openings through which the arm or leg is made to pass on both ends. At least one face of a pair of independent foam sponge tapes is the slice face, the pair of independent foam sponge tapes is attached to each opening so that the slice face can be brought into watertightly close-contact with the arm or leg that is made to pass through each opening.
