PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts aligning device which can reduce damage to chip parts in a simple structure, and which can be successfully operated even when a chip discharge passage is clogged with the chip or overflowed. ;SOLUTION: A circular arc-shaped chute groove 5 for aligning chip parts in a fixed direction, and slidably guiding them, is formed in the inside face for the bottom part of a part storage chamber 12 for storing a number of chip parts C, and a gate-port 8 through which the chip parts C sliding down along the chute groove 5 in a specified position are passed one at a time, is formed at the lower end of the chute groove 5. Then, a discharge passage 9 which aligns the chip parts passed through the gate-port 8 to discharge them, is formed in the direction tangential to the chute groove 5. Blades 21 of the rotary impeller 20 arranged in the part storage chamber 12, energize the unnormally directed chip part C stopped at the gate-port 8 in the opposite direction to the discharge direction to remove clogging.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
